Group Therapy & Healing Workshops
Join a purposeful, Christ-centered space where clinical insight meets collective encouragement. These 80-minute virtual sessions are designed to move you beyond isolated struggle and into a supportive environment of shared wisdom and real-time breakthroughs. Whether navigating a specific transition or seeking long-term growth, you don't have to do it alone. You can expect:
Targeted Mental Health & Wellness: Deep-dive sessions on specific challenges- such as ADHD management, assertiveness, or healing - blending psychoeducation with faith-centered coping strategies.
Relational & Spiritual Identity: Navigating the complexities of covenant relationships, family dynamics, or seasonal life transitions through the lens of Christlike humility and maturity.
Creative & Vocational Synergy: Collaborative workshops for artists, entrepreneurs, and ministry leaders to break through blocks and align their professional output with their spiritual calling.

FEE: $110 CAD per session. Total Payment for 6-sessions is required to sign up.
Group Details & Registration
Capacity & Cohorts: To ensure a high-touch experience, each group is strictly limited to 6 members. Cohorts are divided into two age-specific slots: 18–30 years old and 30–55+ years old. Sessions launch once a 6-person cohort is finalized.
Schedule: Groups meet virtually once per week for 6 weeks. Sessions are held on Monday and Tuesday evenings at 6:00 PM ECT (Ecuador Time).
Our Foundation: While these intensives are Biblically based, we welcome members of various backgrounds to respectfully attend. To protect the group dynamic, non-compliance with our Group Therapy Policy results in immediate, non-refundable removal from the program.
Investment: Payment is required upfront to secure your spot. Fees are non-refundable unless the initial session is cancelled at least 72 hours in advance *an admin fee will be charged for cancellations.
