Note:

• Packages are paid for upfront and are immediately non-refundable.

• Purchases must be approved by Faren Zayda to ensure they fit with your treatment plan, Faren reserves the right to deny a package purchase if it seems inappropriate to the treatment plan or if the treatment falls out of her scope.

• Purchase 5-sessions and receive 6-sessions (sixth session is free)

• Insurance receipts are only issued upon the closing of a session that has been attended, they will reflect the session rate at the time of purchase. No shows and cancellations are charged in the same way as regular sessions.

• Packages expire after 6 months unless a special agreement is made prior to purchasing; no packages may be redeemed after expiry.

• The rate at the time of the purchase remains valid until the expiry date of the package.

• Packages are limited to 3 per person per year when purchased in advance.
