• Packages are paid for upfront and are non-refundable.

• Purchases must be approved by Faren Zayda to ensure they fit with your treatment plan, Faren reserves the right to deny a package purchase if it seems inappropriate to the treatment plan or if the treatment falls out of her scope.

• Purchase 4-sessions and receive 5-sessions; or purchase 5-sessions and receive 6-sessions .

• Insurance receipts are only issued upon the closing of a session that has been attended, they will reflect the session rate at the time of purchase. No shows and cancellations are charged in the same way as regular sessions.

• Packages expire after 3 months unless another agreement is made prior to purchasing; no package sessions may be redeemed after expiry.

• The rate at the time of the purchase remains valid until the expiry date of the package.

• Packages are limited to 1 per person when purchased in advance unless purchasing on behalf of someone else or as a gift.
