Current Rates: My session rates will not be updated until full direct billing is in effect. Current rates will remain locked through the end of the calendar year.

Sliding Scale: I am introducing a 20% sliding scale discount to support clients experiencing financial hardship or who have limited or no insurance coverage.

GreenShield Direct Billing: Direct billing is now live for GreenShield. Please let me know if you hold GreenShield coverage so I can set up direct billing for your profile.

Other Insurers: I am actively working on securing direct billing with other major insurance providers. In the meantime, please continue uploading your receipts directly to your insurer for reimbursement.

Kids Therapy: I will soon be re-introducing therapy for children utilizing the Hopscotch Kids platform.

Out-of-Province Services: I continue to serve clients in Alberta, BC, and the Prairie provinces - as well as select global clients. Please note that I operate solely under my Registered Psychotherapist (RP) designation through the CRPO and am no longer affiliated with the CCPA or practicing as a CCC.

EMDR Scheduling: To prioritize client safety and maintain appropriate session frequency, all EMDR appointments will now be booked on the backend. Please contact me directly to schedule these sessions with your preferred dates and times.
